Dedicated to creating and implementing practical solutions for Wisconsin stakeholder damage prevention challenges through collaboration, education and legislative review.
Build shared partnerships committed to the creation, promotion and implementation of damage prevention best practices.
The initial goal, and sole focus at this time, is to discuss the various causes of the utility locating problem, determine potential solutions, and enact those solutions to bring about change and improvements.
Other future goals are:
Wisconsin Damage Prevention Stakeholders.
Stakeholders are defined as organizations directly involved in the damage prevention industry. Some examples of Stakeholders are: Diggers Hotline, member facility owners, government (municipal, county, and state), excavators, planning and design engineers, surveyors, and contract locators.
