Diggers Hotline Field Manual

The Diggers Hotline Field Manual is included in all membership packets for members joining the system. The Field Manual includes ticket type explanations, ticket and audit samples, explains how to utilize Positive Response, compliance review, and members’ responsibilities that go above and beyond the responsibilities set by state statute. Over the years this manual gets updated as policies or ticket systems change.
