Next DPC Meeting will be Held at Diggers Hotline

October 16 Damage Prevention Council in New Berlin, WI

Our next DPC meeting will be held next Thursday at Diggers Hotline in New Berlin, WI. The meeting will start at 9am.

Any interested stakeholder of Wisconsin's damage prevention process is invited to attend, including excavators, locators and utilities.

We also offer the ability to participate through teleconference. If you wish to call in for the meeting call:  262-785-5300 and ask for the DPC meeting or x1401 to be conference into the meeting.

The DPC encourages all utility owners, contractors and anyone interested in Damage Prevention to attend. Here is a list of the upcoming locations and times:

November 20 - WPSC in Plover, 10:00 am

December 18 - Diggers Hotline in New Berlin, 9:00 am

These meetings are held to continue the vital conversation concerning safe excavating practices. The group also discusses the content of yearly Excavators Safety meetings held at several locations January-April. Diggers Hotline is Wisconsin's one-call center. Anyone in the state who is digging, excavating or disturbing the soil is required by law to contact Diggers Hotline at least three working days before beginning work.
